In every bloggers life you reach a stage where you just dont know what to write anymore. Luckily, there are many places that you can look to find an awesome topic:

1. Forums

Niche forums usually have great content and questions that you can answer.

2. Related blogs

Search through related blogs for interesting topics.

3. RSS Feeds

Subscribe to RSS feeds that are similar to your niche.  This way you will be constantly updated when new information pitches up.

4. Yahoo Answers!

Yahoo answers can be a goldmine if the right topics are explored. Pay special attention to the questions that has a lot of controversy

5. Press release sites

Whether its a new product hitting the market or just something interesting… Blog about it and see how people react!

6. Coupons

People love to save money. Do the effort and find some useful coupons and you will be rewarded.

7. Social sites

Social sites like Digg and Stumbleupon make it easy to find topics that are worth writing about.

8. Newsletters

If you are anything like me, then you have a couple of old newsletters that can be republished on your blog.

9. Questions and Answers

Try asking people what they want to know and solve their problem with an answer. Simple? DUH! Now go post it on your blog!

10. Magazine’s and Ezine’s

Look for some well written articles and simply make it your own. Rewrite till your hearts content.

If all of the above dont succeed…. climb back into bed. You are lazy!

When it comes to affiliate marketing, choosing the product you wish to promote will probably be the most important step you take. Everyone obviously wants to promote a product that other people WANT to buy and with that said, lets look at a couple of factors that play an important role in this critical decision:

1. Gravity score

A high gravity score means that the product is actively being sold as well as promoted. These types of products are usually great to sell but with the major downside of saturation. If however you manage to find a keyword that doesnt have that much competition, you can proceed to promote the product.

2. Effective research

Researching each individual factor of a product is a good way to get a feel for what you are trying to sell. Start by researching the relative keywords and then progress to finding more information on the product so that you may write an honest review or create an effective squeeze page. Using the google keyword tool can also help you find keywords that are converting by looking at the price of each keyword. The more expensive a keyword, the more likely that it converts. Clickbank analytics can also be a major help.

3. Finding a hungry market

With the above factors taken into consideration, one has to find a market with people who are desperate to buy. Using smokers in general as an example, you can determine what keywords they would be searching for when trying to quit. Maybe something in the lines of “stop smoking” ; “how to stop smoking” ; “quit smoking” etc. You can find most of your “hungry keywords” at places like mylot.com and yahoo answers.

Using these above mentioned factors, you will soon find yourself in the middle of a product that converts great, has  a hungry market and will most probably send you straight to the bank.
